I believe in the importance of providing my clients with a respectful, supportive and non-judgmental environment. It is my aim to sit side by side with my clients and work together to help them process and manage their emotions, work through their thoughts and feelings, understand their experiences, and work towards their desired future.

I have considerable experience working with clients above the age of 15 with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties and weight management, among others.

I use a range of evidence-based psychological therapies to ensure that you as the client receive the most appropriate treatment. The therapy that is best suited to you will be dependent on your unique situation and your therapeutic goals. An example of the therapies I frequently use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.

Please contact me if would like to discuss how therapy may be of benefit to you.
